Minimum Underwriting Criteria

Underwriting Criteria Preferred Industries – B2C

  • Must be brick and motor business, no home-based business

  • Open and operating for at least 1 months (30-days)

  • Minimum annual sales of $200,000 ($17,000 monthly)

  • Guarantor with personal Equifax Credit Score on 551 or higher

  • Client may have a maximum of 2 outstanding cash advances

  • Merchants may qualify for up to $500,000 (single entity) without collateral

  • Merchants may qualify for up to $750,000 (multi entities) without collateral

  • Loan repayment terms from 12-36 months

  • No review of tax returns or financial statements required (in most cases)

Underwriting Criteria Expanded Portfolio Industries – B2B

  • Must have commercial office space or warehouse

  • Open and operating for at least 2 years (24 months)

  • Minimum annual sales of $200,000 ($17,000 monthly)

  • Guarantor with personal Equifax Credit Score of 601 or higher

  • Client may have a maximum of 2 outstanding cash advances

  • Merchants may qualify for up to $500,000 (single entity) without collateral

  • Merchants may qualify for up to $750,000 (multi entities) without collateral

  • Loan repayment terms from 12-36 months

  • No review of tax returns or financials required (in most cases)
