The engagement fee merely covers some of the time and expense Alliance will incur in the packaging, processing and presentation of your loan request to an underwriter. It also covers advisory services which include determining issues that may keep your loan request from being approved and working with you to correct those issues whenever possible. It does not guarantee you that your loan request will ultimately be approved.

Alliance Business Capital charges an Engagement Fee on Conventional Loans, Bridge Loans, Investor Loans and Hard Money Loan Programs. The amount is usually in the $1500.00 to $2500.00 range depending on the complexity of the deal. Your Alliance Representative will go over the amount of your engagement fee with you.
