Alliance closes loan for Online Retailer

Alliance Business Capital is pleased to announce that we have successfully placed a loan with an Alliance Lending Partner for the purchase of an Office Building for an online retailer based in MD.

The borrower was a former customer of Alliance.

This deal was closed under an SBA 504 Loan.
