These loan programs start with a minimum loan amount of $2 Million and go up to $50 Million.  With the addition of these 2 new loan programs to our commercial loan program offerings we feel we Alliance is well positioned to be able to assist most borrowers who are seeking financing for commercial real estate. 

Alliance Business Capital is not a direct lender. We work with several Banks, and Non-Bank Lenders to offer Commercial Real Estate Loans to our clients. Alliance offers CMBS and Conventional Real Estate Loans as a Commercial Loan Broker or Advisor.
